By accessing the Site or purchasing any OJC service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Services.
OJC provides operational, administrative, and digital services that may include research, documentation, templates, copywriting, process support, drafting assistance, filing and reporting assistance, follow-up tracking, and other remote business services (collectively, "Services").

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or purchase Services.
Service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are described on the checkout page, order form, proposal, invoice, or specific service page ("Order Terms"). The Order Terms control if they conflict with these Terms.
Because outcomes often depend on third parties, OJC does not guarantee any specific result or outcome, approvals or decisions by third parties, rankings, revenue, leads, conversions, or performance improvements, or any specific timeline unless explicitly stated in the Order Terms.
To perform Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, respond promptly to requests, use Services only for lawful purposes, and ensure you have the rights to share any materials you provide.
Some Services involve third-party platforms. OJC is not affiliated with or endorsed by any Third-Party Service unless explicitly stated. You agree not to request OJC engage in deception, impersonation, fraud, harassment, fake reviews, policy circumvention, or any unlawful activity.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. You agree to pay all fees as presented at checkout or in the Order Terms. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we are required to collect them.
See our Refund Policy below. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend Services and dispute the chargeback with evidence of work performed.
Scope changes may require additional fees. For subscriptions, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. OJC may pause or terminate Services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay.
OJC retains ownership of the Site, branding, and pre-existing templates, frameworks, and tools. Upon full payment, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes.
We will use reasonable efforts to keep non-public information you share confidential. You agree not to share our non-public methods or proprietary processes outside your organization.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OJC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
OJC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OJC'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OJC from any claims arising from your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or content you provide to us.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve disputes informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal proceedings will be brought exclusively in state or federal courts in Suffolk County, New York.
We may update these Terms. Changes are effective when posted with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product purchased and any written scope provided at checkout ("Order Terms"). If Order Terms conflict with this policy, the Order Terms control.
OJC provides operational and digital services. Refunds are based on work performed and scope delivered, not on outcomes.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for unused time. Current-period charges are non-refundable.
Non-refundable once delivered or once access has been provided, unless Order Terms state otherwise.
No refunds due to third-party outcomes, denials, delays, or policy changes when OJC has performed the work in scope.
Contact us promptly for duplicate charges or incorrect amounts. Verified errors will be corrected.

OJC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service during the 30 days preceding the event.
