Many services require interacting with third-party platforms and providers (for example: Google products, hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, and other online tools). These third parties control their own systems, rules, and decision-making. Their policies, processes, fees, and response times may change at any time and are outside of OJC’s control.
3) Client Responsibilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OJC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational impacts, or platform/account decisions made by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OJC’s total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to OJC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 30 days immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
