Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Online Job Company (“OJC”) across one-time services, subscriptions, and digital deliverables. Refund eligibility depends on the specific product purchased and any written scope provided at checkout or onboarding (“Order Terms”).

1) Order Terms Control
If the refund terms shown at checkout, on an invoice, or in onboarding documentation (“Order Terms”) conflict with this policy, the Order Terms control for that specific purchase.
Except where required by law, refunds (if any) are granted at OJC’s sole discretion.
2) Services Are Work-Based (Not Outcome-Based)
OJC provides operational and digital services. Refunds (if any) are based on work performed and scope delivered, not on outcomes. We do not offer refunds due to results not meeting expectations when work has been performed according to scope.
3) One-Time Services (Setups, Audits, Submissions, Drafts, Support Work)
- Before work starts: If you request cancellation before we begin work, you may be eligible for a refund minus any non-recoverable processing fees or costs already incurred.
- After work starts: Once work has started, fees are generally non-refundable. If we agree to a refund in writing, it will be prorated based on the work completed.
- After delivery: Once deliverables are provided or the service is completed, fees are non-refundable.
4) Subscriptions and Recurring Services
If your purchase is a subscription or recurring plan, you can cancel according to the Order Terms. Unless otherwise stated in the Order Terms:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in the billing period.
- Charges already processed for the current billing period are non-refundable.
5) Digital Deliverables (Templates, Documents, Reports, Files)
Digital deliverables are typically non-refundable once delivered or once access has been provided, unless the Order Terms state otherwise.
6) Third-Party Platforms and External Decisions
Many services involve third-party platforms (for example: Google products, hosting providers, payment processors, marketplaces). OJC does not control third-party decisions, timelines, denials, delays, policy changes, or lack of response. No refunds will be issued due to third-party outcomes or delays when OJC has performed the work in scope.
7) Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us promptly and we’ll review it. Verified billing errors will be corrected, including refunds where appropriate.
8) Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us, we may pause services and access to deliverables and may dispute the chargeback with evidence of work performed and communications.
